What is your price term and how to delivery?


1. Price term as EXW (Wenzhou) means such price only include products cost and packing. It exclude any other cost out of our company in Wenzhou. Such price term is available for door to door delivery for most courier like: DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS,Chinapost or other China inland courier. This price term is also available for delivery to certain place in China as freight charge collection via normal truck transportation.
2. Price term as FOB (Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou) means such price including all cost before leaving on board. It include products cost, packing cost, delivery freight from factory to forwarder warehouse, customs declaration cost, necessary documents cost and forwarder handling cost etc.
Such price term is available for port to port delivery including ocean shipment and air shipment.
3. We also accept CNF or CIF price term. 



How to place an order?

Usually for an order, we will do as following:
1. Buyer send inquiry with detail requirement to us via email or other online service.
2. We will reply price, packing, production time and other related information in return.


3. Continue discussion for every details and maybe need a sample for confirmation.

4. Everything have agreement and them we will send proforma invoice to buyer for confirmation for all details.

5. Buyer confirmed proforma invoice and arrange payment according to proforma Invoice mentioned.

6. We will start new moulding or production once downpayment arrived.

7.Goods inspection, balance payment and delivery arranged according to proforma invoice.

8. Buyer received goods

How can I get a catalogue and price list?

Currently we don\\\'t have a price list for all the products as our products are too much and everyday, we have new products added. But we have price list for certain category like wedding keychain, alcohol keychain, auto car accessory keychain or others. We have not finished our catalogue, but we will try our best to complete it as earlier as possible. If you are interested in our products, you can send email to us to get "Regular report of New products." We will have new products report each month.

How to find the item I want?

You have three ways to find the item you want:

1. Go to sitemap,select the most appropriate sort and check.
2. Go to Search" on top of each page to search with item number or keyword.
3. Send mail to us directly and we will reply you in 24hours

What is the lead time?

Lead time for different products are different.

1. Existed sample or small order quantity which we have stock, lead time is immedialy.
2. Customer logo or customer color or customer design products, lead time is about 7-15days.
3. Production time for full order is about 10-30days approx. for normal quantity.

What is the payment term?

Payment Term:

1. Small order amount less than US$500, we will accept payment 100% in advance via paypal, Westunion or bank transfer.
2. Order amount less than US$2000, but higher than US$500, usually we accept 100% inadvance too, but only accept bank transferring and Westunion.
3. Order amount higher than US$2000 but lower than US$20000, we accept 30% deposit, 70% T/T against original bill of loading for most country.
4. L/C payment acceptable only for order amount higher than US$20000.00.

Do you have any certificate? Can your products meet Europe and North America standard?

As we have trousands of products, it is hard to get all certificte for each products.
But for some products, we have certificate. Some products don\\\\\\\'t have certificate.
For all products with certificate or without certificate, we can do the quality level to meet Europe and USA standard.
The products with Europe and USA standard will be in a little higher cost
If certificate is the necessary for the products buyer interested, we can help them to do a test and get the certificate.

Can I get new products report regularly?


Please send me email request "regular new products report" together with your contact information, products intereasted, mainly market. Them you will receive our reply for confirmation or not.

We will send our new products report aperiodically.  

What kind of packing you used usually?

Usually we have packing for following:

  1. No special instruction, the packing is one piece/polybag, them centain quantity in a bigger polybag or in an inner box. Finial in a shipping cartons. 2. White box packing without any insert. them centain quantity in an inner box. Finial in a shipping cartons.

3. Gift box packing with clamshell insert.them centain quantity in an inner box. Finial in a shipping cartons.

4. Gift box packing with EVA/foam insert.them centain quantity in an inner box. Finial in a shipping cartons.

5. Velvet bag packing.them centain quantity in a bigger polybag or in an inner box. Finial in a shipping cartons.

6. We can also do customer design packing.


Can I get a sample before place an order?

Most of our sample are free of charge if there is no customer logo, no customer color, no customer design, no customer packing. At same time, sample freight charge prepaid by customer for first cooperation.
If the sample customer asked are out of stock, we will arrange production for sample only like making full production. Them it will cost sample charge.

If customer design sample, we will request some sample charge, the cost will be decided by what kind customer need. Sample time need about 7-15days approx.

Generally speaking, sample charge can be returned once order quantity and quantity not quite small.
